The Story of Food
Anna Sulan is a writer, editor and academic based in London, with a focus on food and drink she explores issues around identity, equality and sustainability. Her PhD looked at how identity changes when space and location changes. Anna Sulan launched Sourced, a public research project that investigates global culinary systems, with fellow academic and writer Chloe-Rose Crabtree. She is one half of event series and podcast Voices At The Table, in 2021 she launched Cheese Magazine where she is Editor-in-Chief, and she is co-founder of communications agency A+F Creative.
