Cities, and the Global Agendas

In recent years, the role of city and regional governments in contributing to global development agendas has increasingly being recognised, if somewhat sporadically. William Cobbett will examine both the opportunities and the challenges confronting cities of all sizes, with a particular focus on small to medium sized cities in rapidly urbanising economies.
