Special Medieval History Lecture: Disciplined Dissent in Western Europe, 1200-1600
The lecture will be pitched at postgraduate level, but might also be useful for undergraduates studying EWF5. Fabrizio Titone is PI of the project ‘Beyond the Exercise of a Public Office: Political Recognition According to Disciplined Dissent in Later Medieval Europe’. His research focuses on the institutions and the society of Sicily, within its Mediterranean context and beyond, from the fourteenth to the sixteenth centuries.
Fabrizio Titone is a visiting fellow at St Catherine’s College, and Senior Lecturer at the Universidad of País Vasco in Vitoria
