Research Computing on the Cloud: Workshop with Amazon Web Services

Get to know pros and cons of cloud computing with this hands-on workshop organised by the Department of Engineering Science, MPLS and Amazon Web Services. The aim of the workshop is to present researchers how to adopt modern cloud computing facilities, including building an HPC on the cloud, running and monitor jobs. This course is free of charge and it includes lunch: All you need is a laptop with wifi connection to Eduroam.
