OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Racial equality and anti-racism: Reflections on Australia and the UK
For Race Equality Week Tim Soutphommasane, Chief Diversity Officer for the University of Oxford, will reflect on his experiences on anti-racism and racial equality in Australia and share parallels in comparisons to the provisions in the UK. Tim Soutphommasane is Professor of Practice in Human Rights and Political Theory and his research focuses on questions of patriotism, multiculturalism, race, human rights and leadership.
