Take the most efficient path to discovery and reproducibility with Transnetyx.
Transnetyx Automated Genotyping enables researchers across Oxford to increase their research output and reduce cage and operating costs. Transnetyx is now fully integrated with MCMS allowing genotyping orders to be placed directly from MCMS with results then automatically uploaded once completed. We offer a completely free trial to every new lab, allowing researchers to identify the benefits of our service first hand.
In addition, Transnetyx Genetic Monitoring and Microbiome Analysis enables researchers to fully characterize models to promote responsible and reproducible research. Both services are utilised by research groups across Then University of Oxford, cementing our partnership and commitment to supporting the very highest standards of UK research
