OxTalks Change Freeze Starts 2 March
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Ángela Pérez-Villa is an Assistant Professor of History at Western Michigan University (USA) who specializes on the social and legal history of early nineteenth-century Colombia. She’s a recipient of the 2022-2023 Career Enhancement Fellowship for Junior Scholars and is currently an Academic Visitor at the Latin American Centre at the University of Oxford, where she’s working on her first book manuscript on the social history of the law during Colombia’s Independence wars.
