The NHS: a machine or an organism
Please register to attend this event
In this seminar, we will explore alternative perspectives on the NHS as an organisation. As a complex, adaptive system, the NHS can be a challenging place to introduce change and interventions can lead to unintended consequences. Utilising a range of organisation metaphors offers new insights into change processes and the behaviours of those involved in change.
