OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

The Lancet Psychiatry Commission - Transforming mental health services' response to intimate partner violence
It is now well established that intimate partner violence is common, with women and children particularly vulnerable to serious adverse outcomes as a result. It is also well established that people in contact with mental health services in secondary care are more likely to be survivors of intimate partner violence and also, though less commonly, IPV perpetrators. The Lancet Psychiatry Commission highlighted interventions that could and should be implemented in mental health services. In addition public mental health interventions addressing structural inequalities are needed to reduce transgenerational impacts for men, women and children.
