OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Quantitative Proteomics
Holger will discuss strategies for quantitative bottom-up proteomics analysis of complex biological samples. Different approaches to data acquisition, including Data-Dependent Acquisition (DDA), Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) and targeted proteomics analysis will be highlighted. With a focus on the DDA-based analysis technique, label-free and isotopic labelling approaches will be discussed. A particular focus will be placed on experimental design, handling of large data sets, data visualisation and statistical data analysis.
