Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Once Oxford Events launches, you will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Join Michel Nussbaumer, Director of the Legal Transition Programme at the EBRD, and Philippa Webb, Professor of Public International Law at the Blavatnik School, for a conversation on the EBRD’s role in driving legal and policy reforms.
The discussion will explore how adopting laws and regulations, introducing new practices, advancing policy dialogue, and building institutional capacity, particularly in Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, and the West Bank, support the transition of EBRD countries of operations towards a fully functional market economy.
Please note, this event takes place in person only.
