OSSG: Commander, Allied Joint Forces Command Naples; Commander, US Naval Forces in Europe and Africa
We are very excited to be hosting Admiral Stuart Munch next week on Commander, Allied Joint Forces Command Naples; Commander, US Naval Forces in Europe and Africa. The event will take place on Tuesday, November 26th in the Old Library at All Souls College at 8:30pm. As always, there will be a drinks reception prior to the event, starting at 8pm.

Admiral Stuart Munsch is Commander, Allied Joint Force Command Naples, and Commander, US Naval Forces in Europe and Africa. In this role, he directs a combined NATO staff responsible for planning, preparing and conducting military operations throughout the Supreme Allied Commander’s area of responsibility. He is also a member of the Council on FOreign Relations and a US Supreme Court Statecraft Fellow. As of June 2024, he is also the US Navy’s Old Goat, the longest serving United States Naval Academy graduate on active duty. Over the course of his career, he has been stationed in Japan and Bahrain, commanded the attack submarine USS Albuquerque and served as Director for Joint Force Development.

Venue Details: Main access to the Old Library is via a steep staircase. Arrangements can be made for those with limited mobility to use a stairlift and a Fellow’s room to gain access. Please let us know if you require this type of assistance. Capacity is limited so please arrive early.
