A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Led by Professor Andrea Cipriani, the course is designed to enhance understanding and expertise in carrying out systematic reviews and meta-analysis. It is aimed at psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health professionals, pharmacists and researchers in neuroscience and related disciplines.
The course content will include lectures, group work, hands-on tutorials and supervised statistical sessions. Course participants will have plenty of opportunity to network and interact with speakers, as well as, to present their own work and receive feedback from a panel of experts.

Day 1: How to write a protocol, conduct the search strategy & statistical analysis
Day 2: How to carry out a systematic review & meta-analysis of RCTs (focus on Cochrane & GRADE)
Day 3: How to conduct a meta-analysis of observational studies & individual patient data
