Data visualization in Python: An Introduction to Matplotlib
This event will take place on Microsoft Teams
Matplotlib is a powerful and popular library for visualisation in Python. Matplotlib makes it easy to develop publication quality plots with just a few lines of code, while also allowing full control of each visual element. In this session I will give a basic introduction to Matplotlib, covering common plot types, essential concepts and useful tips. Participants will have the hands-on experience to write visualization code to analyse real-world data. This session is designed for all researchers interested in integrating the power of Python into their projects.
