OxPop Global Maternal and Perinatal Health Symposium
The primary aim of the symposium is to disseminate the work undertaken by the Oxford-India collaboration called MaatHRI over the past 6 years (www.npeu.ox.ac.uk/maathri). A secondary aim is to also bring together everyone working in the field of global maternal and perinatal health at Oxford and MaatHRI partners from many other countries. We are expecting at least 150 attendees including around 30 of our partners who are researchers, clinicians, policy makers and academics from a number of countries including India, Nepal, Singapore, Taiwan, Namibia and Nigeria. There will be four overarching themes covering a range of talks and videos:
* Theme-1: Cardiovascular diseases in pregnancy
* Theme-2: Perinatal health and stillbirth
* Theme-3: Maternal nutrition
