OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
"The Value of Cultural Heritage?"
Our guests Professor Keith Thomas and Professor Cecile Fabre will be exploring cultural heritage through two differing approaches: one as a historian with extensive experience with heritage bodies, and a philosopher paying close attention to ethics.
The workshop will take the form of a panel discussion, followed by an open Q&A session. You will have the chance to find out more about the journal, whether it’s writing or editing for our Michaelmas Term issue, Nature, or our upcoming events.
