OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Social Science Data Archives and Statistical Databases
An overview of macro and micro data sources for social scientists including national data archives, subscription services, economic and business data and more.
Who is this session for? Postgraduate students and research staff in the Social Sciences. This workshop will be most beneficial to those researchers planning to use secondary data sources (quantative and qualitative and mixed) as part of their research or who wish to learn more about data archives.
