OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Getting the University to Net Zero
The University of Oxford’s Harriet Waters will be discussing the implications of net zero for the university, and the particuar challenges that face the ancient university and its colleges.
Harriet is the Head of Environmental Sustainability at the University of Oxford. As part of this, she is responsible for long-term planning and direction of environmental sustainability at the University and oversees the delivery of the wide range of strategies and services implemented by the Environmental Sustainability team. Harriet also provides advice and support to departments across the University.
