Using the MPI as a tool for crafting government responses to the Covid-19 pandemic
The Covid-19 has posed unprecedented challenges to all levels of society. As it has been highlighted, there will be many more ‘new poor’ or ‘differently poor’ people as a result of Covid-19. This virus is already exacerbating inequalities in society globally in ways perhaps that we had not predicted. This webinar will feature responses to the Pandemic. It will highlight the case the Statistical Office of Colombia and it will present the Vulnerability Index developed at the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative.

The webinar will take place in English at 13:00 (BST + 1) and Spanish at 20:00 (BST +1)
