Picturing Parkinson's: Visions and Voices (online exhibition launch)
Enjoy a guided tour of this new online exhibition showcasing the creativity of people living with Parkinson’s.

The Picturing Parkinson’s project brings together artists, patients and neuroscientists to bridge the gap between objective research into Parkinson’s Disease and people’s lived experience of the condition. It draws on the Oxford Quantification Study (OxQUIP), a research project at the University of Oxford led by Professor Chrystalina Antoniades, which is developing new ways to measure Parkinson’s symptoms.

This exhibition is the culmination of four workshops with people living with Parkinson’s and their families. They were held in person and online over the last few years, facilitated by artist Jan Sargeant, who paints as ‘WWS’ (woman with stick).

The launch event will take place on Zoom. You will receive joining instructions shortly before the event.
