There are nearly 10 million new cases of dementia every year worldwide. Although it often affects older people, it is not a ‘normal’ part of the ageing process. In this live event – part of our #ScienceatHome campaign – we’ll be chatting to Dr Pavandeep Rai about drug discovery techniques for dementia, and about her work in Oxford’s Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics.
