On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Join the Oxford University Canadian Students’ Society and the Oxford Department of Computer Science a talk on the state of tech innovation in Canada by Patrick Pichette.
Pichette is a former Oxford Rhodes Scholar who went on to be an executive at Bell Canada and CFO of Google. Patrick is now the Chairman of the Board of Twitter and serves as a Chairman of the Board of Lightspeed POS Inc. In addition, he has been an independent investor, advisor and board member to a number of startups and innovation networks around the world, including Forward (US), Arctoris (UK), LabGenius (UK) and Creative Destruction Labs, among others.
