On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

All staff are invited to the next meeting of the Digital Education Technologies User Group on Thursday 30 November, 10.30am-12noon on Teams.
In addition to the usual updates on the ‘big 5’ digital education tools at Oxford (Canvas, Panopto, ORLO, Teams and Inspera), the meeting will include an update on how the Digital Education Strategy is being implemented across the University. You will also hear what students have told us they need from their digital experience at Oxford, and discuss how we can better capture feedback from students in the future.
