with the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology led by facilitator Emad Saif.

LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving method, where participants are led through a series of questions, which go deeper and deeper. Each participant builds their own three-dimensional LEGO model in response to the facilitator’s questions using specially selected LEGO bricks. These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision-making.

The workshop is split into multiple activities to constantly challenge individuals and teams to create “Aha” moments over the course of the day. There are three phases throughout the day:

Pose the question – The facilitator asks a question to the participants

Build – The participants build a LEGO® model responding to the question

Share – Each participant shares the story of their model with the team
