OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Economist Alexandra Prokopenko will discuss the long-term implications for the Russian economy under a regime of international sanctions. Alexandra is a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Russia Eurasia Centre. Her research on the Russian government’s financial and economic policy is informed by her time working for the Russian Central Bank and writing for Vedomosti.
