OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. LEHMANN LECTURE: 'Diasporic Home-making in times of crisis: Jews in Paris and Berlin in the 20th century'
The third Alfred Lehmann Memorial Lecture will take place on Tuesday 11 June at 5pm
at the Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies, Clarendon Institute, Walton Street
Leora Ausländer is Arthur and Joann Rasmussen Professor in Western Civilisation and Professor of Modern European Social History, University of Chicago
Refreshments will follow the lecture.
