OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Discussion Group: Erin Mouré Discusses an Extract from Her Latest Translation
Erin Moure, has a life-threatening peanut allergy and anyone who wishes to attend the session must not eat or bring anything with peanuts on the day. Lunch will be cancelled as a precautionary measure.
Special Session of the Discussion Group: In a collaborative event with Queen’s Translation Exchange, Erin Mouré discusses an extract from her latest translation.
Erín Moure is a Canadian poet and translator of poetry from languages which include French, Galician, Portuguese and Spanish to English. She is the recipient of several awards.
