Islamic World Graduate Seminar: "Wisdom/Hikmah in the Qur'an" and "Contextualizing Ibn Nujaym's Legal Maxims in Sixteenth Century Ottoman Cairo -Preliminary Thoughts"

The Islamic World Seminar is a place where graduate students from various faculties working on any aspect of the Islamic World (including Zoroastrianism, Judaism, eastern Christianity, etc) can practice presentations, prepare their MPhil or Mst dissertations, and get feedback on DPhil chapters and article ideas. It is a friendly and welcoming environment for graduate students, with professors and lecturers discouraged from attending unless otherwise requested by the speaker.
