Sir David Omand: Intelligence and Security in the 21st Century
Join us in a discussion with Sir David Omand on the topic of how intelligence gathering has changed over the 21st century.

The Oxford International Relations Society will be joined by Sir David Omand, the former head of GCHQ and the UK’s first-ever Security and Intelligence Coordinator, and he is now a visiting professor at King’s College London. He will address how intelligence gathering has changed over the 21st century and how new technologies and the rise of states such as China and Russia have impacted how intelligence is gathered. The event will include a Q & A when attendees can ask questions.
