Arctic Security Wargame, Crisis Decision-Making Simulation
ARCTIC SENTINEL is a high-tempo strategic simulation designed to probe decision-making under ambiguity, pressure, and intensifying geopolitical competition.

In this exercise, participants step into the roles of senior political, defence, and civil-service leaders, grappling with a rapidly evolving Arctic flashpoint shaped by great-power rivalry, contested domains, and incomplete information. As the situation accelerates, escalation risks sharpen, signalling becomes harder to interpret, and attendees must confront how quickly a crisis can drift into more dangerous territory.

What can ARCTIC SENTINEL reveal about strategic behaviour as we move through the mid-2020s? Where do our assumptions break under pressure? And how might simulations unlock creative approaches to international security challenges?
