OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.
If you have any questions, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
This event is free and open to all Oxford and Oxford Brookes students and will be followed by a Q&A.
Jonathan Wolff is the author of ‘An Introduction to Political Philosophy’, which PPEists may or may not remember from their pre-course reading. He’s currently Professor of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford.
In this talk, he will discuss the pernicious effects of inequality and suggest that the ideal society would be one in which all were treated by each other as equals.
