Affordable Housing: What makes a home ‘affordable’ and for who?
Access to secure shelter is a basic human need. Both rich and poor societies are failing to house the most vulnerable in today’s cities. During the evening’s discussion, leading experts will explore how housing problems evolve, and how they might be solved.

This talk sets out to explore the mounting challenges and opportunities presented by city living. The aim of this event is to present current research on affordable housing and generate lively debate on the pros and cons of implementing new ideas and strategies. Four leading speakers will join us, in what promises to be a provocative, enlightening and pragmatic debate.
