OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Basics of project management
The objectives for this are:
· To clarify what is meant by a ‘project’ and what a project manager does
· To identify the key stages in managing a project and the role of the project manager in each stage;
· To explore tools and techniques that project managers use to help them analyse, structure and manage projects more effectively;
· To use a case study to practice key tools and techniques.
