We are delighted to invite you to a special edition of the Oxford Energy Nexus Series at the ZERO Institute and its ECR Network, delivered in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair in Ocean Governance, the University of Portsmouth Centre for Blue Governance, and featuring contributions from the ECR Community at the University of Oxford.

This interdisciplinary seminar explores the growing role of blue finance in driving sustainable ocean economies and its critical intersections with the global energy transition. From global policy to ocean debt, legal frameworks, and applied finance models, the event brings together leading voices in research and practice.
