OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. WEH/Ethox Seminar: Ethical issues in the COVID-19 pandemic: Are lessons ever learned?
The SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic has raised numerous ethical issues. However, many of the issues are recurrent and seem to surface with every significant infectious disease outbreak. In this presentation, I will discuss several of these issues and raise questions as to what accounts for our collective forgetfulness.
