New talk series on computing - Visualisation and Numerics in Computing

We will be continuing the talk series exploring some of the technical aspects of computing and software development.
Again, these sessions will be an hour long with two 20 minute presentations and an opportunity for discussion around each talk.
This session we will have Yassamine Mather from the ARC team talking about “How to use a supercomputer effectively” and David De Roure of the OeRC talking about “Algorithms and Music”.
