OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Sustainability Education: Hope and Humility
There is growing awareness of the importance of addressing the interwoven crises of climate change, inequality and biodiversity loss. Education, as always, is seen as a critical component in addressing these challenges. The Green Templeton Lectures 2025 will explore the topic of sustainability education with speakers reflecting, in dialogue, on three critical and central issues. In this third session we will hear from Sam Barratt, Chief of the Youth, Education and Advocacy Unit at the United Nations Environment Programme, and Ann Finlayson, CEO of the charity Sustainability and Environmental Education (SEEd).
