OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
Safe and effective generative clinical AI in mental healthcare
This is a virtual seminar. For a Zoom link, please see "Venue details". Please consider subscribing to mailing list: web.maillist.ox.ac.uk/ox/subscribe/ai4mch
Limbic develops generative AI tools to support all steps in the mental healthcare pathway, ranging from clinical assessments and diagnosis to treatment personalisation and delivery.
Our tools have been used by and validated with over 420,000 patients in England’s NHS Talking Therapy services.
I will present how we develop safe AI solutions to be deployed in clinical practice. I will present research indicating that these clinical AI agents can surpass human level performance on complex clinical tasks (e.g. delivering CBT sessions).
Finally I will present evidence from large scale clinical studies (>100,000 patients) on the real-world impact of these products on patient treatment outcomes.
