OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

The Legacies of Nelson Mandela: Ten Years On
Join us for a very special event to celebrate the launch of the second edition of OCLW Co-Director Elleke Boehmer’s Nelson Mandela: A Very Short Introduction.
Elleke will discuss the legacies of Nelson Mandela on the 10th anniversary of his death, in conversation with Tinashe Mushakavanhu (St Anne’s) and Jonny Steinberg (Winnie and Nelson), chaired by Maxim Bolt, Associate Professor of Development Studies (St Anne’s).
