How can Halo assist with your tissue analysis?
With the increased use of Halo and its cell-imaging analysis capabilities, we would like for researchers to get the most out of what they are working on.
The Oxford Cancer Centre is facilitating a free, online training session on the Halo platform, hosted by indica labs.
This webinar will include topics such as: a basic overview of HALO software from start-to-finish, demonstrations of the deep learning neural network, analysis for cell detection, a practical aspect for attendees to use its functions for themselves
