OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

2022 Dr Joyce Mitchell Cook Memorial Lecture
Dr Kathryn Sophia Belle is Director of the Africana Research Center and Associate Professor of Philosophy and African American Studies at Penn State University. She is also the Founding Director of the Collegium of Black Women Philosophers.
We are delighted to welcome her to St Hilda’s to give the first on-site Joyce Mitchell Cook Lecture in which she will discuss the work of Joyce Mitchell Cook alongside that of two other Black women philosophers – all with transatlantic connections.
