OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

MEGA green tech series
The MEGA Green Tech Series (Make Earth Green Again) consists of four talks showcasing exciting, proactive innovation happening right here, right now to address environmental problems. Each week we will bring you two or three speakers from start-ups, NGOs or academia, who will talk about their technology, the industry, and careers in this burgeoning and dynamic sector. We are covering four subsectors of green tech: agritech; green power; carbon capture; and industrial decarbonisation. Our sponsors include the Smith School and the Zero Institute. The talks will be at New College on Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:45pm, across weeks 5-8 this term, in the regal McGregor Matthews Room. And naturally, we will be serving a different organic wine each week for our guests…
