Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
The Human Tissue Governance Team for HTA Licence 12217 (HTGT) is pleased to offer monthly drop-in clinics for all staff. Held on the first Thursday of each month, 9-11am, the clinics are a chance to bring questions or documentation for a HTGT member to advise on and there is no charge for the consultations. No need to book, though the team can be reached at hta_help@admin.ox.ac.uk if you have questions. As always, you are welcome to contact the team for advice by email at any time and face-to-face consultations can be arranged at a mutually convenient time outside of clinics.
