OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Perspectives on Euclid and Geometry
This lecture series ties in with a display of Euclidean texts and related artefacts at Blackwell Hall, Weston Library, 19 May – 15 July 2018 [seeingeuclid.org], organised by the AHRC-funded ‘Reading Euclid in Early Modern Britain and Ireland’ project [readingeuclid.org].
Lectures start at 7pm on Wednesdays through the month of June, and take place in Lecture Theatre 3 (lower floor) at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford (Andrew Wiles Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6GG). All welcome!
