New frontiers: pushing the boundaries of science and technology

Every day new boundaries are being pushed in science, ethics and technology. AI software is diagnosing cancer, babies can now be born with three parents, and we are exploring ocean depths that were once far beyond our reach. Just because we now have the ability to do these things, however, should we actually be carrying them out?

In this lecture series, we will look not only at the science of these new frontiers, but at the ethical and moral implications of the possibilities they present.
