Workshop: Histories of Science, Medicine, Technology, and Environment

The workshop in history of science, medicine, technology, and environment invites postgraduates and ECRs to present their works-in-progress to a group of their peers. Casual, yet constructive, we aim to foster a strong research community of the many scholars who already exist within the University. Presenters are invited to submit a work in progress for review (with the option to pre-circulate), and receive an hour of feedback and conversation. Topics for review can include a thesis chapter, draft article, conference presentation, etc.

Sessions typically consist of socialising over coffee and cake, a short presentation of 15-20 minutes, and 45 minutes+ of conversation.

Coffee, tea, and baked goods are included.
