OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
Oxford Martin School Lecture Series: Food futures: how can we safeguard the planet's health, and our own?
Food is an essential part of life, but what we eat, how we grow, manufacture our food, how we distribute food, and how we access food can govern many factors of ours and the planet’s life. From the governance and economies of food production, to the sustainability of our planet, to our own health.
In this series we will look at how food is inter-woven into all aspects of ours and the planet’s present and future lives.
