OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. 24-25 March - 2-Day Conference: Alliances in the history of armed conflict, 1642-present
This conference will take place on Friday 24th March and Saturday 25th March. It will bring together international scholars from a variety of disciplines, sharing their expertise on the history of alliances, coalitions, and partnerships in modern warfare. We are delighted to showcase papers on a range of cutting-edge scholarship, from geopolitics to the emotional history of military alliances. Please Note: this is an academic conference, not a public event.
