OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
PHEPREN and the Global Forum on Bioethics in Research are pleased to announce three virtual seminars, taking place on 2, 16 and 30 November, 1pm-2pm GMT (London). The seminars will examine past GFBR themes and recommendations, in the context of the current COVID-19 research response: ethics of research in pregnancy; the ethics of data sharing in health research and the ethics of adaptive trial designs. We will explore how research practice and policy has progressed since the topics were discussed at GFBR, and what changes are needed in light of the current pandemic.
