OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
In this series of three Clarendon lectures, Tima Bansal, sets out a transformative approach to management scholarship and practice. Tima will argue that the analytical methods used by most managers and scholars to approach business problems are not fit for purpose. Instead, the challenges facing business require tools that can manage complexity, dynamism and interdependence. She introduces systems thinking to the corporate sphere, drawing on her experience as a world-leading scholar and practitioner. She is the Canada Research Chair in Business Sustainability at Ivey Business School in Canada and founder of Innovation North, working directly with organizations in business, non-profit and government to co-create a better world.
